I LOVE A WEDDING!

~

Weddings are such special celebrations and I absolutely love them! They are two people’s stories that are shared with the most special of friends and family. Every wedding celebration is different. Nonetheless, at the heart of every one is the coming together of two people who I get great joy and satisfaction out of flowering such a special day for.

So much is invested into a wedding: time, money, emotion and love. For that reason it is important, as your wedding florist, I take the time to get to know you and understand your styles, tastes and visions for how your wedding flowers will look. This will sometimes mean considering some ‘other-options’ to make your visions a reality but equally, if you don’t know where to start, that is absolutely no problem! I can give you ideas and my professional opinion.

I work in a bespoke way to fit your budget and reflect ‘your-story’. Flowers can evoke lots of memories. From the aromas of freshly cut herbs and the sweet scent of a stock flower, to memories of your childhood garden, you will also have your own preferences too - those flowers you like and those you don’t. All of this is taken into account during an initial relaxed and free consultation where we meet at a convenient location for us both to discuss all things wedding flowers. After we have met I will send you a quote and then we can go from there.

Flowers are just one aspect of a wedding. They can however transform a venue and offer the flexibility to truly reflect you and your style. Just like a piece of music, they tap into your senses and, for the years post your wedding, the scent of a flower that featured in your wedding flowers can bring back a whole-host of sentimental memories. That’s perhaps what you call flower-power! With this in mind, regardless of size or budget, every wedding deserves time, the utmost of care and attention. For this reason I only flower one wedding per-date.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss your wedding flowers.
